This hotel is a hidden gem in a very central area of Sao Miguel. The value for money is amazing, with affordable prices for such great quality. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the beautifully decorated rooms on the ground floor with a four-poster bed and a TV, to the shared toilet facilities that are always clean and well-maintained. And the breakfast, oh my, it's simply delightful. Picture yourself sipping on a freshly brewed coffee while enjoying a delicious spread of pastries and local treats.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money is excellent. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. Secondly, the attention to detail is evident throughout the property. From the well-maintained gardens to the beautifully restored house, everything is carefully thought out. Lastly, the location is superb. Situated in a central area of Ponta Delgada, it was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

We loved being so close to downtown and the highway for easy transportation. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The staff was cute and breakfast was great.

This charming, renovated old building is a wonderful and unique place to stay on your holiday. Although located next to a highway, it's easy to get around the island by car, including the close airport and downtown area. the spacious rooms with private entrances are well-equipped with fresh vegetables, herbs, and sometimes eggs from the garden. Enjoy a dip in the lovely swimming pond or relax in the picturesque gardens. the staff is very attentive, even calling to check on guests' well-being.

Daily room cleaning would be a nice addition to the experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the island as it was located right by the highway, making it easy to travel around. The views of the ocean were also stunning and added to the overall experience of our stay. we appreciated the daily offer of fresh vegetables from the garden, which added a nice touch to our meals.

Although the hotel was conveniently located by the highway, it did make for some noise disturbance at times. the breakfast offered at the hotel was not worth the cost and we would recommend heading to a nearby bakery for more delicious and cost-effective options.

The parking lot was spacious and easy to access. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the friendly staff who gave us extra towels upon request. the location was convenient, close to the main highway and a short drive from downtown.

The room was quite outdated and not very clean. We found hairs on the bathroom floor and the sheets had holes in them.
